Our Company

Provident Mortgage Trust, Inc. (“PMT”) is a privately held mortgage real estate investment trust (“mREIT”) founded in 2002. We are structured to provide qualified individual and institutional investors the ability to participate directly in the financing of mortgage related assets. Our goal is to efficiently source high quality mortgage related assets primarily from our affiliates, Provident Funding Associates, L.P. (“PFA”) and Colorado Federal Savings Bank (“CFSB”).

Our primary objective is to provide investors attractive risk-adjusted returns in a broad range of markets. Since inception, we have declared and paid over $280 million in dividends to our preferred shareholders as of January 2023.

Our Affiliates

Founded in 1992, Provident Funding is a private, independent mortgage company that originates and services residential mortgage loans. They are guided by discipline and consistency to originate high quality mortgages. Provident Funding operates with a firm commitment to a low-cost structure, offering competitive rates to well qualified customers.

CFSB is an FDIC insured federal savings association serving communities across the United States. Chartered in 1990 and acquired by principals of PFA in 2008, CFSB operates a non-branch direct banking platform offering real estate lending solutions and direct consumer savings products at competitive rates.
