Provident Mortgage Trust, Inc. (“PMT”) is a privately held mortgage real estate investment trust (“mREIT”) founded in 2002. PMT is structured to provide qualified individual and institutional investors access to income-producing, mortgage-related assets.

PMT focuses on sourcing high-quality mortgage-related assets primarily through established relationships with its affiliates, Provident Funding Associates, L.P. (“PFA”) and Colorado Federal Savings Bank (“CFSB”).

PMT’s primary investment objective is to deliver risk-adjusted returns across varying market conditions through disciplined asset selection and portfolio management. Since inception, PMT has declared and distributed over $400 million in dividends to its preferred shareholders.

Founded in 1992, Provident Funding is a private, independent mortgage company that originates and services residential mortgage loans. They are guided by discipline and consistency to originate high quality mortgages. Provident Funding operates with a firm commitment to a low-cost structure, offering competitive rates to well qualified customers.

CFSB is an FDIC insured federal savings association serving communities across the United States. Chartered in 1990 and acquired by principals of PFA in 2008, CFSB operates a non-branch direct banking platform offering real estate lending solutions and direct consumer savings products at competitive rates.
